WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?

We offer metro delivery within 60km of the CBD for $99. If warehouse pickup is required, please contact customer support at sales@homeinsulationonline.com.au

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Allow 2 working days for all items. Orders placed before 10am are eligible for next working day delivery.

DAY OF DELIVERY

At checkout, you can select your preferred day for AM or PM delivery. If no one is at home, the delivery will be left in a safe location.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

At Home Insulation Online, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the product's delivery date.

RESTOCKING FEE:

A restocking fee of 20% of the original product value will be applied to all eligible returns.

RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@homeinsulationonline.com.au within the 3-day window. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation. Clearly mark the return package with the provided authorisation and ship it to the address specified by our customer service team.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE:

Customers are responsible for any associated courier or shipping fees when returning the product.

INSPECTION AND REFUND:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund, minus the restocking fee, to your original payment method.
