We offer metro delivery of insulation products within 60km of the CBD in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & Canberra for $99. For selected insulation products available in Canberra - Goulburn - Moss Vale Region, Central Coast & Newcastle, or the Illawarra Region, we offer delivery for $165.
For wall cladding materials, delivery is charged at $120 for metro Perth, or $275 for metro Melbourne & Sydney.

Allow 2 working days for all items. Orders placed before 10am are eligible for next working day delivery.
At checkout, you can select your preferred day for delivery. If no one is at home, the delivery will be left in a safe location.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the product's delivery date.
A restocking fee of 20% of the original product value will be applied to all eligible returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@homeinsulationonline.com.au within the 3-day window. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation. Clearly mark the return package with the provided authorisation and ship it to the address specified by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for any associated courier or shipping fees when returning the product.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund, minus the restocking fee, to your original payment method.
