    Kingspan Thermakraft Watergate Plus is specifically designed as a pliable building membrane behind exterior wall cladding. Made from synthetic materials Watergate Plus is fire retardant, water resistant and vapour permeable. The water vapour transfer rate of the product has been optimised to minimise condensation risk in homes without compromising its primary water barrier properties. Its construction allows for easier installation while maintaining performance qualities.

     

    Thermakraft synthetic permeable membranes provide the following key properties:

    Thermakraft’s innovative total building wrap solution provides an air and water barrier,
    which assists insulation performance, while still allowing water vapour to escape, reducing the risk of condensation.
